🔧 Integrated Plumbing Solutions – Terms & Conditions

By approving an estimate or allowing work to begin, the customer agrees to the following terms:

🧰 Scope of Work

All work will be performed as outlined in the approved estimate. Any additional work requested or required due to unforeseen conditions will be discussed and approved by the customer before proceeding.

💲 Estimates & Pricing

Estimates are based on visible and accessible conditions at the time of inspection. Plumbing systems can have hidden issues, and additional costs may arise once work begins. We will always communicate any changes and obtain approval before continuing.

💳 Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit cards and Venmo. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

🚨 Emergency Services

After-hours or emergency service calls may include additional fees, which will be communicated prior to service whenever possible.

🏠 Access to Property

The customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area. Integrated Plumbing Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by restricted access or unsafe conditions.

⚠️ Existing Conditions & Liability

We are not responsible for pre-existing issues, including but not limited to aging pipes, previous improper installations, or hidden damage. Plumbing work may involve risks to surrounding materials (drywall, flooring, cabinetry), especially when accessing concealed systems.

🔍 Permits & Inspections

Permits will be obtained when required unless otherwise agreed. Any associated fees will be included in the estimate or communicated separately.

🛠️ Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship and will address any issues related to our work within 30 days. Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and equipment as provided by the manufacturer.

🚿 Drain Cleaning Disclaimer

Drain cleaning and hydro jetting remove blockages but do not guarantee that future clogs will not occur. Severely damaged or compromised lines may require repair or replacement.

🍽️ Grease & Commercial Systems

For grease lines and traps, ongoing maintenance is required. We are not responsible for future backups due to lack of maintenance or improper use.

❄️ Weather & Freezing Conditions

We are not responsible for damage caused by frozen pipes or weather-related issues beyond our control.

🧼 Work Area

We will make every effort to leave the work area clean; however, some dust or debris may occur due to the nature of plumbing work.

📸 Photos & Documentation

We may take photos of work performed for documentation, quality assurance, and training purposes. No personal or identifying information will be shared publicly without consent.

❌ Cancellations

Cancellations should be made as early as possible. Late cancellations may be subject to a service fee.

🤝 Customer Approval

By proceeding with service, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and confirms authorization for Integrated Plumbing Solutions to perform the work.
